The One Call Centers receive the requests for the location of buried utility facilities and to relay that request to the member utilities and government agencies. This eliminates the need for duplicate calls requesting the same thing from each utility or agency. Be sure to have the following information readily available; county, city, street address, tips, type of work, extent of work, phone number, best time to return call, start date and time, contractor, and contractor address.
